Is Lowering the Cortisol Level Enough to Permanently Change Our Lives?
There are a number of things that can lower the coritsol (stress hormone) level:
- Power posing
- Meditating
- Laughing
- Exercising regularly
- Eating a balanced, nutritious meal eliminating process food
- Eliminating caffeine from our diet but drinking black tea
- Listening to music
- Getting a massage
Would performing any of the above activities to lower the Corticol level enough to permanently change our lives?
Only if the activity eliminates the dysfunctional beliefs on a subconscious level.
All of our thoughts, feeling, actions, reaction, choices, and decisions are preceded by a belief. In order to change our lives, the dysfunctional beliefs needs to be eliminated.
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is one activity that can eliminate the dysfunctional beliefs on a subconscious level. The tapping statement we says as we tap is critical.
