EFT Tapping for Relationship with Self

To Love Onseself Quote

“To every person there comes that special moment when he is tapped on the shoulder to do a very special thing unique to them. What a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared for the work that would be their finest hour.”
Winston Churchill

The most important relationship we will ever have is the one we have with ourselves. The beliefs we have about ourselves dictate what happens in our lives, how we are treated, and what we expect out of life.

Example: A woman just begins a new romantic relationship. The new man is kind, absolutely adores her, and is very loving toward her. This has not been the norm for her in relationships. She asks, “What’s wrong with him that he likes me?”

My response to her would be that there isn’t anything wrong with him, but maybe with her. She might want to take a look at the way she feels about herself if this relationship is to have any hope of lasting.

Do you feel defective, broken, and flawed? Are you a Loser with a capital L? It is selfish for you to want what you want?

EFT tapping can help. EFT which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple yet effective process to change dysfunctional beliefs…the ones that interfere with our relationship with ourselves.
