Attachment to the Outcome is the Source of Our Pain with EFT Tapping Statements
The source of pain is not wanting what we want. The source of our pain is an attachment to the outcome. The wanting is not what causes our pain. The attachment to whether or not we have the outcome we desire is what causes our pain.
Sometimes Plan B is better than Plan A. If we are attached to Plan A, we don’t see Plan B.
EFT Tapping Statements:
* I am attached to the outcome I want.
* There is no other acceptable outcome.
* I’m not willing to let go of what I want.
* I will be disappointed and hurt if I don’t get what I want.
